Lift, lengthen and tone mind, body and spirit with our unique and upbeat take on Barre. Using our own bodyweight as resistance, we target all the key muscles in our arms, back, legs, seat, hips and core to the point of happy fatigue. Light weights, balls and resistance bands, paired with deep bends and stretches maximise and complete the benefits of this invigorating, challenging and uplifting workout.

Our online pregnancy classes combine the best of dynamic Pilates, Yoga and Barre. Weaving alignment principles through a sequence of dynamic movements to create energy flow, space within and a feeling of empowerment towards the physical and emotional changes to come. We use breathing techniques for optimal circulation and core function, alongside strengthening, stretching and release work to address postural changes. Keeping you comfortable, strong, moving well and relaxed throughout the trimesters and encouraging a quicker recovery post-birth. Suitable from 12 weeks and/or first scan, until your baby arrives.
