Mandala Vinyasa, a beautifully fluid yoga practice encompassing movements around the mat. The natural and expressive quality of this practice lends itself perfectly to connect you with each of the universal Elements – Fire, Water, Earth and Air. In the third of four workshops, we'll be connecting to the element of Water. A fluid and expressive practice that allows you to tap in to the creativity and vibrancy of the 2nd, sacral chakra. The practice will explore the idea of boundaries and the ability to release.

If you’re just starting on your Yoga journey this year, or looking to revisit the all-important fundamentals, join  Luna for a 4-week foundation course! Building your practice from the ground up, each week you’ll learn new postures and principles to improve your physical awareness, strength, mobility and flow of breath. In addition to understanding the key yoga poses alongside alignment and basic yoga vocabulary, you’ll get to dip into the world of powerful breathwork and mindfulness meditations. All levels are welcome and no Yoga experience required!
