With tips and drills to strengthen and stabilise your arms, wrist, shoulders and core. Mastering these fundamentals to advance into floating, forearm balances, transitions and eventually your first freestanding handstand. From shoulder mobility, to crow pose, core strength, and more – this workshop will help you gain body awareness and develop strong habits for your inversion practice.
