Building your practice from the ground up, each week you’ll learn new postures and principles to improve your physical awareness, strength, mobility and flow of breath. In addition to understanding the key yoga poses alongside alignment and basic yoga vocabulary, you’ll get to dip into the world of powerful breathwork and mindfulness meditations. All levels are welcome and no Yoga experience required!
