It’s my first class

  • Our classes are designed to suit every body and everybody, whether you’re fit as a fiddle or brand new!
  • We infuse our classes and teacher training with quality, integrity and an overall sense of fun. Our highly-trained, passionate teachers make your workouts inclusive and progressive across mixed levels
  • We love it when you arrive ahead of time, at least 10-15 minutes before class start, so that you can familiarise yourself with the studio, your teacher and the equipment if you’re booked for DYNAMIC PILATES, RIDE or RIDE2TONE
  • We have water, by the cup or a bottle to buy, towels for sweat and shower, and changing facilities with everything you need
  • We suggest zip free, sweat-wicking and stretchy clothes – and you’ll enjoy the freedom to move, feeling fresh, and without any zippy bits digging in. For our RIDE classes we have custom shoes ready for you at the studio, and for STRENGTH + CONDITIONING, please wear your cleanest trainers. With DYNAMIC PILATES, YOGA, RITUAL and BARRE, we recommend bare feet or grippy socks.

BOOK, BUY AND CANCEL

  • You’ll need to register and buy a class or pack online before you can book in
  • Schedules for all classes go live at least one month in advance, giving you the chance to pick your favourite spot, studio, or teacher
  • If the class you’re after is full, join the waitlist – it’s a lively feat closer to the date and spaces sometimes open up. You’ll get an email to confirm you’re in should somebody cancel
  • You’re free to manage your class bookings and make cancellations online, via the App, or by calling the guest relations team on 020 7305 7760. Just make sure to do so with at least 12 hours to spare, avoiding any late cancellation charges. For Personal Training, private studio hire and workshops, we run a 24 hour adjustment / cancellation policy as standard
  • You can share your class credits with a family member or friend, just give us a call so we can set up the link between your accounts
  • If you’re rolling a monthly unlimited membership, please note any unattended classes will be charged to your account at a single class price.

STUDIO GAME-PLAN

  • Our studios are warm and inviting, each with their own vibe for you to enjoy. We understand sometimes you have a big bag, maybe your children or a pet in tow – we always do our best to help you look after such valuables in the reception area; however, we ask you to kindly leave them at home. Since March 2018 our studios have been ‘pet-free’ and we’re no longer able to look after your pup when you’re in class.
  • The equipment is cleaned and set ready for the start of your class. CoreFormers™ and bikes are free for you to choose and we provide cycling shoes, sweat towels and water
  • Your class is YOUR TIME, we ask that you leave your phone in the locker (where available) or on silent close-by
  • We understand life can throw a twist and sometimes make you late for class, rest assured, we’ll always settle you in safely to the group. That said, for your own safety in RIDE and RIDE2TONE, we do ask for you to be up on your bike within 5 minutes of class start. Should you ever miss a session, we’ll always be here to help you reschedule.

TRAINING PRE- OR POST-NATAL

  • You’re welcome to continue training in class (except YogaTone) throughout your pregnancy to the 6 month mark with the approval of your doctor. Our teachers will follow your progress and advise of any adjustments and support
  • If you’re new to our classes, or wanting to continue RIDE or STRENGTH + CONDITIONING throughout your pregnancy, we ask that you only do so with PERSONAL TRAINING sessions.
  • Our BARRE and Restorative YOGA classes offer a great transition past the 6 month mark should you wish to continue with classes in to your third trimester. We recommend completely phasing out of group sessions around the 7-8 month mark and in to PERSONAL TRAINING
  • We follow the official recommendation for your return to exercise, with your doctor’s approval at a minimum of 6 weeks following a natural birth and 10-12 weeks post C-section.
