We meet you where you are, in mind and body. Committing to you, your goals and tailoring your training together for lasting results. Our in-person and virtual one to one sessions offer you dedicated time, expertise and personal space. Learning the ropes of our signature Heartcore classes, assisting in your rehabilitation to healthy movement, or supporting  pre- and post-natal journeys – we’re here to guide you with rich, comprehensive, results-driven training.

Sessions are hourly and can be purchased online as a single or pack of 6, 12 or 18 sessions. You can also train with a friend in a duet session to share the time, results, cost and all the fun-loving energy!

Your personal introduction to any of our signature in-studio or online workouts. Moving at your own pace to develop confidence in our approach and unique style of training, learning any personal modifications along the way. Choose any of our Dynamic Pilates, The Heartcore Class, Yoga, Barre or Stretch classes.

REHAB + PAIN RELIEF

With a wide and varied team of experts and skills, we work together to transition you to full fitness, seek out niggles and sometimes long-standing muscular or postural imbalances. Helping to better your movement and be free of pain.

PRE + POST-NATAL

Pregnancy, and post-natal recovery progress differently in every body. Designed for your personal needs and working at your own pace and level, private sessions are an incredibly rewarding way to help your body prepare for, and safely recover from the rigours of childbirth. With a healthy boost to your circulation, energy levels and overall wellbeing, you’ll enjoy pregnancy to its fullest and rehabilitate intelligently and effectively post childbirth, and for the months and years to follow.
