My beliefs are all about bringing the best you forward; I want to nourish your mind and body to help develop your true self in that one hour of your time when you come to class. Each session I lead will leave you feeling energised, happier and stronger. My classes aren’t easy, but fun, dynamic and accessible to all who want to push themselves and feel empowered!
Coming from a fitness background & growing up competing in various fields, I’ve always pushed myself. But often this mindset of constantly having the foot down has been detrimental. Because of this I’ve never wanted to let personal development slip but evolve. Which is why I aim for people to become balanced. Mentally, physically & emotionally. Being a yoga teacher I like to bring an element of mindfulness to my classes. Learning to listen to the body to build strength where it’s needed in order to achieve this balance.
