POWERFUL LOW IMPACT STRENGTH TRAINING

Boost your performance, endurance and overall conditioning with our S+C signature class concept of own body weight resistance, mobility, strength and low impact cardio. Each class starts with a comprehensive warm up to contribute to the quality of your movement throughout class, preventing injury and helping you to achieve optimal results. We pair functional strength training with low impact cardio sequences helping to speed up your metabolism. Keeping it varied, progressive and engaging all along with a mix of TRX suspension, kettlebells, dumbbells and weighted balls, it’s a powerful, sweaty and fun session with a community spirited approach and results to show for.

'TOUGH LOVE' S+C x PILATES

A double dose of Heartcore LOVE in our S+C x Pilates workout. Starting with an activating and high energy, sweaty circuit of strength building exercises on the TRX with a core-centred, mobilising and balancing series on the CoreFormerTM. Great for anyone looking for an extra burst of fun and challenge in this powerful and unique combination class.
