We pair functional strength training with low impact cardio sequences helping to speed up your metabolism. Keeping it varied, progressive and engaging all along with a mix of TRX suspension, kettlebells, dumbbells and weighted balls, it’s a powerful, sweaty and fun session with a community spirited approach and results to show for.  

THE HEARTCORE HIT

Heartcore HIT is your daily online heart-opening, cardio-boosting, body-conditioning workout. This workout offers you a 50 minute cardio blast, with a 5 minute warm up / cool down, and is designed to achieve true results in a short amount of time. Heartcore HIT is accessible for all levels, and we will provide pre-natal adjustments throughout. All you need is a mat or towel.
