LOW IMPACT TRX STRENGTH TRAINING WITH THE HIGHEST RETURN

Athletic in nature, we focus on building up your heart, mind and body strength in equal measure. Intervals of low impact cardio and strength training fast track you to a new level in your endurance and overall conditioning. TRX suspension, kettlebells, dumbbells and weighted balls all come into play, adding to the resistance of your own bodyweight for intensity, variety and progression. This is a fun and powerful class with a team spirited approach and results to show for.

Working exactly that, a full body workout from the inside out. Top through to bottom. In our Signature class, you’ll be equally mobilised, strengthened and feeling allover life-ready and set.

LOWER BODY

Progressively challenging your glute, leg and core strength and endurance. Simultaneously building a deep internal heat to fully condition healthy mobility through your joints and length in your muscles.

UPPER BODY

With your back, front, and core in the lead – expect to push, pull and benefit all of the shoulder support inbetween. This class provides as much opening and strength for the posture as it does for the heart!
