Open to all levels, this AcroYoga workshop is for anyone who is curious about exploring yoga poses in partnerships and from a new perspective. Expect a safe and fun introduction to the basic principles of yoga asanas and acrobatics through a guided learning experience; working with two or more people as a base, flyer and spotter covering stills, transitions and therapeutics drawn from thai massage. You can sign up with a friend or rock up on your own, we'll make sure you're in a supportive group. Get ready to fly, trust and have fun exploring yoga in a completely new way! NB: sadly not suitable for pregnant women.

Whether you’re starting to explore the idea of going upside down or wanting to advance your inversion practice, Samuel’s 4-week course will give you all the tools and techniques to build your foundation for a strong handstand. Learn how to move past any fear of flipping as you develop a solid and safe base with the confidence to advance your inversion through weekly guidance and a personal conditioning program. The course is designed to build upon previous weeks with specific conditioning to master the fundamentals, progressing through a variety of mobility and partner drills to have you find more air time, confidence and strength in going upside down! Spaces are limited to 12.
