An advanced Dynamic Pilates workout, designed to challenge those of you who have built a solid baseline of core strength and are looking to take your Pilates training to the next level. Based on the principles of our Signature workout, we take you on an energetic and fun journey, exploring new levels of strength, endurance and conditioning. Expect modifications of existing exercises and a few surprises to boot! Led by Rodrigo.
